First time I ever had a plumber (Ali) immediately call me back after sending a text after hours that I needed help at my mother’s house that had sprung a leak requiring water shut off to the whole house. (Her normal plumber only takes voice messages & you don’t hear from them till the next morning and then only to say they’re too busy, so sorry! Really? You’re ok w/ leaving a 91 year-old without running water??) Anyhow, very pleasant experience, very polite young man, offered more than one option for Repair, Completed the job timely. Certainly will be calling Elite for future jobs!
